Our Brief
As an executive coach, Caterina was very clear on precisely what business support she was seeking. On her priority list was calibre, proactiveness, can-do attitude, great organisational skills and a PA who is capable, and comfortable engaging both by phone/email with her c-suite level executive clients. Her assistant will truly represent Caterina and her business, The Leaderpath. Our challenge, to ensure we introduce Caterina to an Elite PA/virtual assistant who is as committed to The Leaderpath as Caterina!
Approach
Following our initial Learning Phase, we matched and subsequently introduce, by Zoom, Caterina to one of the Elite PA Solutions team. Within the matching process we give due consideration to our client’s business, their long-term goal, aspirations, values, and the key types of tasks they will be outsourcing. Understanding their expectation when it comes to the number of hours per month and how they envisage this may increase over time is vitally important. Key to our process is we match clients to a dedicated PA based on their brief to us. As well as the individual Personal Assistants ability to deliver, their skillset, longevity, and personalities.
Results
Our approach is very much tailored to meet the needs of clients and the support we deliver to The Leaderpath is growing month by month. Within a very short period of time our client has successfully embedded her Elite PA, Sophie into all areas of her business, where Sophie has added her value by being proactive, asking how else she can take the pressure off our client and delivering daily on all priorities from a book launch, identifying podcast opportunities, to website redesign and all things operational.
I loved working with Sandy and her philosophy to find proactive assistants that know how to problem-solve. I had worked with another agency in the past and my experience was not positive. My assistant used to add me with stress rather than relieve me. Now, with Sophie, both the quality of my life and the quality of the service to my clients have increased exponentially.
