Chapter Zero
Chapter Zero aims to build a community of non-executive directors and equip them to lead crucial UK boardroom discussions on the impacts of climate change. Its members are helping ensure their companies are fit for the future and that global net zero ambitions are transformed into robust plans and measurable action.
Vicky Moffatt became Chapter Zero’s first Chief Executive in September 2022. To maximise her effectiveness in her new role, she knew she would need the support of an executive assistant.
Career Development Institute
The Career Development Institute (CDI) is the UK’s professional body for all aspects of career development. It consists of a dedicated team, expert Associates and volunteers.
The CDI’s Chief Executive is David Morgan, who manages the organisation and its operations and reports to the CDI Board.
The CDI faced two issues that led it to seek the support of an executive PA.

The CEFLEX initiative is a growing collaboration of a European consortium of more than 140 companies, associations and organisations representing the entire value chain of flexible packaging.
CEFLEX’s mission is to further enhance the performance of flexible packaging in the circular economy by designing and advancing better system solutions in all European countries through a wider collaboration by the full flexible packaging value chain.
Fi has provided day-to-day support to the CEFLEX team since January 2019. With a background in food manufacturing Fi has a genuine interest in their mission “to make flexible packaging circular”.

CoDa is a disability-led dance company that creates critically acclaimed productions. It specialises in neurodisability and centres access and inclusion in every area of its work.

Tom O’Sullivan is CEO of GPS Healthcare, a General Practice partnership based across six different sites in the West Midlands.
